$5 · FIFTEEN magazine - March April 1965, Hayley Mills, Ringo, Elvis, Annette etc

ATTENTION COLLECTORS: This is my childhood magazine, FIFTEEN, which I bought in March, 1965 and never lent. Cover says April but the table of contents says March. Hayley Mills is on the cover; at the time, she was 18 years old and a movie star with a very big career. Back cover features a large photo of Elvis, then aged 30. Front cover also has photos of Ringo, Elvis, Ryan O'Neal and Annette Funicello. One of the articles in this mag is about Annette's wedding, with many photos. At that time, Annette was another extremely popular movie star with a huge career. Also inside this mag are articles about Patty Duke, Ryan O'Neal, the Dave Clark Five, Mia Farrow, Ann-Margret, and others. This mag is 58 years old and still in great shape, with no rips, no missing or cut-out pages and definitely no odours, smells or stains. The pages have turned colour, from white to pale beige, with age. The newsstand dealer has stamped the date in ink on the back cover, looks like Mar 13 1965 and I did fill out two "contest forms" in ink (see the last 2 photos). As far as I can determine, this issue of FIFTEEN mag is the only one of its kind that is available in Canada.
