Area Manager of Product Support

Brandt Agricultural Products is currently seeking an Area Manager of Product Support for our Prairie Provinces Canada region (based in Saskatchewan). Duties & Responsibilities: * Dealer Development - work with Dealers Service and Parts personnel to improve their experience with Brandt * Work with Dealers to ensure appropriate parts inventories are on hand to achieve over-the-counter parts fill metrics, especially during planting and harvesting seasons * Inspect warrantable parts held at the dealership branches to confirm failure mode to verify claim * Co-ordinate dealer service training * Act as a liaison between Dealer, Customer, and company to ensure a seamless relationship * Work with Dealers to resolve service issues that may arise on Brandt products * Assist in administering company product warranty/Product Improvement Program (PIP) * Travel with a dealer representative to the field to: * Gather further information in a timely manner (i.e. equipment size, configuration, type and mode of failure) * Confirm alignment, configuration and proper set up * Take measurements, gather environmental data, and observe operating methods * Instruct dealer tech on adjustments or installations as required based off Engineering approved modifications * Make follow up calls * Communicates directly with dealers, TM's, and other internal departments to maintain relationship with the customer throughout the failure and problem resolution time materials. Qualifications: * Engineering, Marketing, Ag Science, or Business University Degree * Farm background or experience with Agriculture Equipment * Analytical and Problem solving skill set * Valid driver's license * Strong leadership qualities * High level of customer focus * Excellent communications and organizational skills.
