Early Childhood Education Level 3, CPR & First Aid, Criminal record. 10 years of experience in a large Childcare facility, 8 years operating a home centre & a parent. Small groups for individual program learning. One on one time, family like feel, mixed ages which allow your child to learn from older and younger children. Our program starts with the basics & foundations of learning. We use our manners, we learn life skills, we learn emotional regulation, we learn social skills. We do this with guided activities & conversations as well is allowing free play for creativity, problem solving, independence. If a child can not pull up there own pants is it time to potty train? We work on the steps to get us towards our goals. When we attain them we set new goals. I.e. If I can hold a pencil maybe I can do dot to dot. If I can do dot to dot maybe I can trace my own name. We build our confidence & self esteem learning attainable goals. Open 7:15 to 5:15 Monday to Friday. Rates dependent on hours, age and skill ranging from $650 to $350. Part time hours must be set a month in advance. Non subsidized. Receipts written for tax purposes (see CRA for details on claiming childcare deductions). We require that our new friend/s be walking (or close to), we play upstairs, downstairs, at the park & in our large backyard (corner lot). Our home features a large downstairs play area, large outdoor area, climbers, playhouse, a garden, fruit trees & bushes, fully fenced. Children have the following educational options Kitchener (walk), Connaught (french), Sacred Heart & St. Mary (fr) schools all are bus for other schools other transportation options must be used.
