How about a 1982 Roland SH101 keyboard?
It's a mono-synth that's similar to a Moog synthesizer that has one sound producing oscillator. These models also have a sub-oscillator function which acts like another oscillator, fattening the original sound. I mainly used it for bass sounds.
It can be triggered via CV and gate signals. You can use MIDI if you have a MIDI to CV converter.
I've had it for years and rarely used it.
It's in excellent condition. All the keys and knobs work. Never gigged
