Product Support Trainer (1004-046)

Brandt Tractor Ltd. has a position available for a Product Support Trainer in our Regina location. Reporting to the Corporate Training and Safety Manager, this position focuses on delivering John Deere construction and forestry product technical training to Brandt Tractor's service and parts employees across Canada. This role includes developing curriculum, coordinating training delivery and attendance, and following up on training needs and issues. Although based in Regina, much of the training delivery occurs in the field with travel throughout Western and Atlantic Canada. Periodic travel to the USA is also required. The successful candidate will have prior experience in the service and repair of heavy duty equipment; a heavy duty equipment technician journeyman certificate is a strong asset. This position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a passion for facilitating learning, along with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
