$435 · ORIGINAL LEVINE FLEXHAUG "FLEXIE" PAINTING, in frame under glass - 1950s

ATTENTION FLEXIE FANS/COLLECTORS: This original painting by Levine Flexhaug "Flexie" belonged to my parents, who bought it in the 1950s. Wood frame with glass, framed by Arlington Art Shop in Saskatoon. The visible area of the painting measures 23.5 inches x 13.5 inches. The frame is 1.5" in width, so the overall dimensions of the work are 26.5 inches x 16.5 inches, approx. Because of the glass, the painting is very difficult to photograph. My parents bought new paintings in the mid-1970s, and after that, their two Flexies hung in a bedroom away from any sunlight for about 45 years, until I brought this one from their house to mine in 2020. Now, I've decided to sell it. The painting is in great condition; no flaws to note. If you like Flexies, you will like this one.
