Golden Apples Childcare - Fulltime spaces are available in harbour landing, walking distance from Ecole Harbour Landing school and St. Kateri Tekakwitha school and buses are available for the children that are farther away from the school. With structured fun filled daily activities as well as free play time that promotes growth and development through play/ exploration of the provide daily activities that are age appropriate to each child. Golden Apples Childcare is a licensed home daycare, providing care to children ages 6 months to 12 years old. My goal is to provide excellence with an academic program, a safe environment, and enjoyable activities every day. I am equally committed to the safety and well-being of each child within my daycare. I provide healthy nutritious meals daily, in a safe and warm but welcoming environment that will provide children with the opportunities for early learning in all areas that are vital part of a child’s development by providing choices for children to further explore their environment. I have completed my criminal record check, and I have also updated my first aid/ CPR certificate and will continue to take developmental courses each year to keep up to date with the various changes in early learning. All staff which would be covering staff, will also be kept up to date with their criminal record check, CPR courses, and developmental courses to keep compliant each year.
