looking for an apartment/condo/house/townhouse

We are looking to rent a house/townhouse/condo/apartment. Must be pet friendly. Must also be family friendly. Must have at least 2 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms. Must have insuite laundry, a dishwasher and central air. Looking to rent for july 1st. Must be in a good family friendly area and it must be an updated home. We can afford up to $2000 a month with utilities included. The less the better though. Also must have an elevator or not many stairs of it is a house. Would prefer harbour landing or the east end.
