I have what appears to be an early 1980s Vantage VA-10-LT, and although the sticker inside only has LTD for model it does say Made in Japan (I could not find any Vantage LTD online). I have just installed new light strings, it sounds beautiful and is in great condition for its age. It was likely made at the famous Matsumoku factory during the golden age of Japanese guitar manufacturing. According to the Vantage website the VA-10 LT features a solid spruce top, African rosewood (ovangkol) back & sides, an oval sound hole, rosewood fretboard with dot inlays, cream binding on front and back, mahogany neck and enclosed Gotoh Factory style machine heads. There are a few dings and scratches but overall the neck is straight, there is no heaving, frets have very little wear and that oval hole gives it I must say a nice gypsy look.
Comes with solid hard shell case and a few picks. I have more guitars (Norman B20 CW, Alvarez professional acoustic, Ibanez Gio, Gibson Longhorn Double cutaway, Epiphone Les Paul Custom Signature, Godin Session and more), give me a call at 306-450-2232.
