~4650 hours. Rubber track. Zero swing. Thumb. This is no mini excavator and it's no big iron. It's midi - right in between. Great for city or farm work. We used this machine for two main purposes. 1. Excavation - mostly residential sewer and water line replacements. 2. Demolition - residential (garages and houses) and small commercial. This unit can tackle all the way up to three story houses, if you know what you're doing. (We did.) This unit is powerful for the size and has one rather unique feature, an articulating arm. You can see the extra joints in the photos. The articulating arm, coupled with the zero swing, make the unit very flexible. You'll find it easier to work in tight areas, overcome difficult approaches, and even load trailers on odd angles. And pesky obstacles like trees and fences are much less of a bother than they are for other hoes of similar size. This is part of an estate sale. My brother ran a contracting company. This excavator has been with us for about 7 years. Neither the son nor I care to continue the business without my brother, so we're letting it go. Now, this hoe isn't new, so you should be mechanically inclined. (My brother was.) I will honestly share every detail I know about the unit with serious buyers. This includes any maintenance work that should be performed. Finally, we have a number of small extras to give along with it - filters, bucket teeth, etc. In the right hands, this unit can make you money. We hope that it finds a good home. Serious enquiries only.
