Affordable residential listing services
When selling your home you want to get the most bang for your buck and that includes the listing fees. My service level and fees are based on a tiered system tied to property value and are always negotiable to fit your specific situation. Ultimately my goal is to do all I can to get you the best value for your home that the market will bear, in a timely fashion, with as little disturbance to your day-to-day life as possible while providing you with competitive listing rates.
My typical total commission structure would be 5% on the first $100,000 of sale price, and 3% on the balance of sale price. On a $200,000 sale price this equates to $8,000, or 4%, which is split evenly between listing agent and buyer's agent. And the best part is the commission fee percentage drops as the sale value rises, for instance the total percentage on a $400,000 sale price would be 3.5%. Bear in mind commission fees are subject to PST and GST as well.
