$899 · Apartment Lease Take Over - Perfect Place for the Perfect Price

Looking to start 2019 off on a good start? Tired of expensive apartments that will break your budget? Tired of living in basements or sleeping on couches? I have a 4 month lease in this great apartment that I need somebody to take over. Nothing is wrong with the apartment; I just moved elsewhere. The lease expires on April 30, 2019 and the monthly rent is $899. This includes: - No damage deposit - All utilities (water, power, heat) - Powered parking stall - Modern kitchen (fridge, stove - sink is kind of old) - Playground and park in the backyard - Short walk or drive from many restaurants and stores Laundry is a preload card system. I will give you my two cards. The apartment suite is pet friendly and I had a cat previously. The carpet and walls have all been cleaned. The landlord is great and if anything is wrong they will fix it ASAP. They're currently replacing all the windows of the building so although the screen is a bit rough, it will be fixed.
