Factory unlocked but was with Telus. I decided to use the pixel 2 instead as I found the XL was just too weighty. Comes with a handful of cases and a few little extras as well as everything that was in the box. I didn't include a photo because I'm both lazy and anyone looking at this ad probably knows what the phone looks like already. It has been used but is not scuffed, scratched or anything of the sort so basically looks new
