We are searching for individuals who are energetic, positive and enjoy interacting with groups of people of all ages. Responsibilities -Be proactive in preparing for & meeting the needs of our party guests to ensure a positive experience. -Greet customers & provide a friendly, warm & welcoming environment. -Register guests & take payments in a quick & accurate manner. -Provide assistance for customers playing console, PC & virtual reality games. -Coordinate multi-player games, run tournaments, troubleshoot console & PC issues, etc. -Take photos & manage social media content. -Make each party an exciting event that guarantees our guests spread the word about how wonderful their party experience was. -Make suggestions for drink & food, using salesmanship to increase sales. -Maintain the general cleanliness of the party area by, among other tasks, cleaning food debris & drink spills. -Maintain a thorough working knowledge of our P.O.S. & numerous gaming systems. -Promote The Matrix Gaming Centre & the entertainment options of the venue. -Follow service guidelines in highly distracting circumstances. -Be proactive in offering assistance to guests who need it & remain with guests, when needed, until problems are solved.
