Well established rental company (40+ years) with 120 rental units in the Regina market. We have an opening for a highly driven Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant. This position can be full or part time with flexible work hours. The successful candidate will provide data entry, office communication, administrative support as well as superior client services in a diverse environment. Must have: Accounting experience, preferably 'Simply Accounting' (Sage 50) Minimum 2 years experience Excellent English communication both verbal and written Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work with minimal supervision Duties Include: Greeting visitors, contractors and tenants when they enter the office. Politely answering and directing incoming calls and inquiries Accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintenance of records Assisting with customer inquiries Invoicing and collection of payments General administrative duties Year end preparation Monthly reconciliations Deposits Starting wage $20/hr+ (depending on experience) 3 week holiday pay include Start date: As soon as possible All potential hires are subject to criminal record check A positive attitude and great sense of humour welcome!
