Plate commissioned by the Franklin Mint and manufactured by Royal Doulton. Plate measures 8" x 5.5" and bears the serial no. HC1041. No chips, cracks, crazing or scratches and no flaws to note except for some smudges on the underside, a factory imperfection. I bought this plate from the Franklin Mint and have been the only owner of it. Certificate of Authenticity & all of the original documents are included, but no box.
