Price is firm. This is the absolute best sounding and most practical acoustic amp one can get. I've had it for two years and just bought another amp so I regretfully have to let this one go. Lightweight, very compact, giving you great amount of lows while keeping highs bright and clean, microphone-ready with voice kept amazingly separate from instrument (guitar etc.), it can also clean electric guitars at low volumes (which is what I used it for at home for jazz guitar practice). Great sounding effects, especially chorus and reverb. Retails $835 new. It has a few cosmetic scuffs on the tolex top and sides and one of the corner plastic reinforcement was damaged and glued back, otherwise sounds like a new one and is very clean.
