My name is Tony and I have accomplished house training, been neutered, and am up to date on my vaccinations. My foster mom is often telling me what to do and what not to do to help me figure out house rules like not jumping up on the counter, or the couch, or not to help myself to the garbage can. When my human foster brothers hang out with me I will revert to my old tricks if they're busy playing "Forknife??". I am good in my kennel (but would rather be with you jus' saying) and will go in for the night without a fuss. I have learned some basic commands like sit, down, shake, and am learning roll over. My biggest accomplish is learning to "wait" which seems like a drag but it's helping me with controlling my excitement. I still struggle with my excitement, especially in new situations. My favourite thing about my foster home is my people but also that I get to go on a long walk everyday. I am an active, fit, young guy so my walk is very important and my foster mom never forgets. We live in a small town so she lets me explore on a long leash to get my sillies out and then she makes me walk nicely on a shorter leash. I am understanding the idea of the shorter leash but my new family will need to help me out with this too. I love to fetch a ball and am pretty good about at leaving it when asked. My mom says I'd be very good at dog agility! My foster mom is helping me explore the world so I've mastered car rides and have even been to work. When I'm not sure of something, I look to my foster mom to tell me that it's okay and then I'm fine. I've been to doggy daycare a few times and they told my foster mom that I'm a little timid around excited dogs but I'm good with a nice quiet friend to hang with. I also got to meet some kitties and was really nice to the ones that were nice to me but I was unsure about the ones that tried to box me in the nose. I love my teenage humans but I get a little excited with the 6 year old and have to be reminded not to jump. I haven't been around very little kids. I feel like there is so much more to share about me. If you're interested in adopting Tony please fill out an application at http://www.thepackproject.ca/adoption-application.html
