Kitting Technician (2435-046)

Brandt Engineered Products is currently seeking a Kitting Technician for our Regina, SK location. Responsibilities include: Manage & warehouse incoming components Work in alignment with Purchasing and Planning personnel to develop, review and confirm information regarding various projects Review the daily/weekly schedule and ensure all components are gathered, staged and ready for production prior to delivery to the shop Ensure that all jobs are on time to all Departments when requested Help reduce movement, handling and set ups through Lean initiatives and continuous improvement Troubleshoot any obstacle impeding on-time delivery by evaluating the process and request adjustments Communicate with Area Managers and/or Foreman to ensure everything is in alignment with their needs Assist with Purchasing in returning unneeded components after the project is completed Maintain orderliness in keeping with 5S principles. Required Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills Demonstrate the ability to work individually as well as part of a team Procurement knowledge/understanding.
