Learn to Powerlift! Want to learn how to Squat, Bench, and Deadlift? This is the class for you! Learn proper form, technique, bracing, and accessory movements to improve your training. This class is for all skill levels, whether you're a total beginner or have been training for a few years. This class will be capped at 5 people to ensure you get the focus needed to get the most out of this class! Class will run from 6:30-8:00pm (90 minutes)on Mondays at Sets Fitness, located at 1120 Devonshire Drive. Class starts on May 20 and runs for 6 weeks to June 24.
