The basement is fully furnished with spacious dining area, kitchen appliances, bathroom, washer, dryer and wifi. Windows and high ceilings make the room bright and welcoming. Please note that there are two rooms in the basement and you will be sharing all the fercilities with another renter who is a quiet, polite boy and now studying in the University of Regina. We are looking for a male renter who is expected to enjoy quiet and regular life and would like to share the responsibility to keep the basement clean and tidy. A boy student who is going to study in U of R or Sask Polytechnic is especially welcome. This room is now available to move in.
