Derkson Fencing Company is looking for a customer service representative with outstanding customer service and communication skills to assist with day to day operations. Tasks include but are not limited to answering client inquiries via email and phone, following up on quotes and booking work orders. Attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts quickly are a must. On a daily basis, we utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
