Preventative Maintenance Technician

Brandt is currently seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician for our Regina, SK location. This individual will be responsible for completing on-site Preventive Maintenance services on commercial heavy equipment at customer sites utilizing state of the art technologies and a new purpose built truck. Duties include performing all levels of PM services on a scheduled basis in a professional manner, identifying and reporting on additional items identified that require follow-up service work by a heavy duty technician, and ensuring the accurate capture and reporting of PM service checklist, inspection, and work order information for the benefit of customer reporting. Successful applicants will have background experience operating, servicing, and/or maintaining agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment in commercial or heavy industries. Candidates with trade experience to a second or third year apprentice level are also encouraged to apply. Proven experience in contributing in a service oriented environment working directly with customers and equipment operators are key assets for this position. Individuals who are motivated, energetic, and have strong communication skills are ideally suited to thriving in this role. Familiarity in working with basic Microsoft Office is required for the position as is the need to learn and use mobile based applications for reporting purposes. Candidates must be willing to work after-hours and/or participate in shift work as required to support customer service requirements. A recent drivers abstract will be required.
