Just starting a practice and not ready for a full-time space yet? Pursuing a passion on the side and tired of working out of the home or don't have the right space to work from home? If you want a professional space to meet clients I might have a space for you. There is one small room and one larger room available. They are each furnished with a computer chair and a chaise lounge chair so they are best for practitioners such as hypnotherapists, talk therapy, reiki, reflexology, or other alternative health practices that require the client to be seated in a relaxed position and require minimal physical contact. The larger room also has a massage table that can be used instead of the lounger for your client to lay flat or just have their back propped up. There is a shared waiting room with a water cooler. The washroom is a public washroom down the hall. Space is available 7am to 10pm on a first-come first-served reservation system (unless you rent by the month). Office A: about 8.5' x 8.5'; inside room, no window. It is small, but has a 10.5' ceiling, so it feels a little more open despite its small size. Available hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. Office B: has a large window, and is over 12.5' x 12.5', but there is a furnace room in the corner that takes up about 15 sq. ft.; it has a 10.5' ceiling. Available hourly, daily, or weekly. Office C: the one in the photos with the bed; the bed can be removed and this room is available for monthly rentals with either your own furnishings or a chaise lounger. Each office is $25 per hour plus GST. Discounts are available for daily, weekly, or monthly commitments. Please email for more information.
