STUDENTS! Currently renting furnished individual rooms in a very large (3100 sq ft) Lakeview bungalow backing a golf course. Excellent access to Lewvan, transit, parks, shopping, restaurants, the U of R and Sask Polytech. Each bedroom has its own sink and vanity, double closet, large window, bed, dresser, chair, and locking door. Residents share 4 bathrooms, 4 large living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, 2 dens, and a large kitchen/dining area with 4 fridges, 2 ovens and plenty of cupboards. There is plenty of privacy available. Other features include a ping-pong table, pool table, and rear deck. This is a 10 bedroom house but I am only looking to rent up to 8 bedrooms. Would be ideally suited to University/SaskPoly students or workers from out-of town. I DO NOT live in the house - it is professionally managed by a property management company. Rent is $725/month per room (single occupancy) and INCLUDES water, heat, power, wi-fi, and weekly cleaning service for the common areas. There is a damage deposit of 725 as well. No pets, no smoking, month-to-month lease.
