Summer Boot Camp

Outdoor Fitness Class from Fit Living Personal Training! Come get fit and stay fit this summer with boot camp classes including weight training, high intensity training, intervals, and athletic development! Enjoy the warm weather and get a head start on your mornings all summer. Classes will run from 6:00-6:45 am at Lakewood Park (across the street from MacNeill School) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
