This is probably a long shot, but I am going to put this out there for thought and consideration. I am a 46 year old professional, with a mature 15 year old student ( attends Winston Knoll) .I am hoping to find someone with a home or condo that would like someone responsible, reliable and timely with monthly rental payment. In the future, for the right situation and home I would be willing to discuss a rent to own situation or perhaps purchase. Due to the success my child is experiencing with school, I would prefer the following areas - Walsh Acres, Lakeridge, Hawkstone, Lakewood or McCarthy Park/Sherwood Estates. I would be grateful for other opportunities if the commuting/logistics with respect to the school etc. I am not a lazy person, and in lieu of a damage deposit I would be more than happy to invest time and energy into grooming the yard or similar. I would also be grateful for a nice sized private basement suite or similar, and would feel good helping someone else out that needs assistance with paying the mortgage etc. I look forward to speaking with you Lori
