$550 · WANTED: Awesome Roommate Looking for Fellow Awesome Roomates

I am female. Personable, positive, and in my 20's. I'm renting in a spacious character home in cathedral, and will require 2 roommates to take over a year long lease starting March 1st, 2020. Rent is $550, plus utilities, which usually is $100- 150. I am easy going and provide a caring home-like environment.
