Welcome to Metro 1827's brand new luxury Furnished Suites available for weekly and monthly stays Our suites are fully furnished with sleek, and functional furniture and are equipped with all the small wares and utensils needed to cook up your favorite meal. They feature stainless steel appliances, modern soft close cabinets/drawers, granite counter tops, spa shower, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and 9ft ceilings. Every suite in the building has custom made blackout blinds, A/C, heat, water and WIFI included in the price. Wake up and move your body in our fitness facility or grab a coffee before work from our Metro Café. At the end of the day take in a game of fooseball or pool in our games lounge or indulge and relax in either our Sauna or Steam room. We take pride in the construction and safety of the building and consider it one of the quietest buildings due to the sound proof floors and concrete foundation. We have multiple security cameras and a security gate inside our large heated underground parking lot.
