Part Time/Causal Bookkeeper

Looking for immediate help Looking for a part time subcontracted bookkeeper, 5-10 hours per week to start with room to grow. Must have own computer and access to the internet. Abilities to work remotely once trained. What you bring to this role Previous bookkeeping experience Able to work independently strong time management abilities and self-motivation Strong ability to handle multiple priorities Experience with QuickBooks Online Good operating knowledge of excel, word, and other basic programs Attention to detail Work under pressure Experience in bookkeeping a great asset Tasks will include Prepare full cycle bookkeeping and payroll for clients Maintain, monitor, and reconcile GL accounts Prepare and maintain payroll and related government remittance/filings, recording sales, accounts receivable, expenses, accounts payable, payroll and worker compensation transactions Please send resume and references to bournebookkeeping@gmail.com
