ATTENTION CAMERA COLLECTORS: I bought this Konica C35 automatic rangefinder camera new at Garlick Films in Edmonton on July 5, 1975. The s/n is 622333 and it was made in Japan. At the same time, I bought a Konica hard leather case w/neckstrap, a Hoya Skylight (1A) filter and a lens cap. The filter has remained on the camera since then, so its Hexanon F2.8 lens is still in like-new condition. The camera has a self-timer which I tested today, and found to be working. The foam lining inside the camera has deteriorated and is coming off (see the photo). However, because the camera is in a case, I would think that the light should still be prevented from entering. It was very easy to figure out how to use this camera. I used it until about 1990 when I upgraded to a Pentax rangefinder. I have not used the camera since then. It has been in inside storage, protected from dust and dirt in its hard case. The camera's light meter operates on a PX-675 mercury battery. The battery, original box, owner's brochure and warranty card are included. I also bought a flash attachment in 1975 but don't know where it is. If I find it, I'll give it to my buyer. See other online sellers' asking price for this vintage camera, and my other ads on this site for more vintage cameras by Kodak and Ventura. Pick up in Wascana View, Regina, SK. Due to current conditions, I prefer to receive payment via Interac e-Transfer, but will accept cash if you can't use Interac.
