Commercial grade drywall lift, made in USA. 150 LB capacity, for use on ceilings up to 11 feet high, plus it comes with an 18 inch extender which makes it able to reach ceilings up to 12 1/2 feet. In very good condition, purchased about 10 years ago but only used a handful of times. I purchased item new for $1049 ( + $44 for extension) back then.
