Restaurant Manager

Siam Authentic Thai Restaurant Permanent Position: Restaurant Manager Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time Wages: $24.50-$30/hour Vacancies: 1 Job requirements Languages: Fluent in English and Thai is an asset Education: Bachelor's degree or higher degree is required 
 Experience: 2-5 years Specific Skills - Be capable of managing and operating the entire restaurant - Preferably fluent in both Thai and English languages - Address customers' complaints/concerns - Recruit, train and supervise staff - Participate in marketing plans and implementation - Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities - Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices - Ensure health and safety regulations - Marketing and advertising the restaurant on social media - Monitor Siam’s social media such as Facebook, IG, etc. - Create marketing media such as photoshoots, reviews, and Videos - Develop, implement, and analyze budgets - Provide customer service - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers - Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance - Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures - Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Business Equipment and Computer Applications - MS Office, including Spreadsheet - Electronic cash register; Accounting software - Point of sale system - Graphic Design Program: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Video editing skill is not required but preferabled Additional Skills - Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations - Conduct performance reviews - Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms - Organize and maintain inventory - Marketing and advertising the restaurant on social media Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities - Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Repetitive tasks; Attention to detail - Ability to Supervise: More than 5 people - Personal Suitability - Effective interpersonal skills - Team player - Excellent oral and written communication in both Thai and English - Client focus - Dependability - Organized NOTE: Please mention The Job Title in the subject line.
