ATTENTION BEATLES FANS & COLLECTORS: I bought this mono LP record new in Saskatchewan, in about 1965, when I was a young teenager. I played it back then, but after I left home a couple of years later, I didn't own a record player, and the record has been in storage since the late 1960s. I think that I might have played it once or twice about 15 years ago. I played it again today (Dec. 2) and although it has scratches on both sides, it plays just fine, no skips or sticking. On side 2, I did detect one quiet "pop" on "Long Tall Sally", cut 1, and some quiet "crackling" noises on "This Boy", cut 4, which might be original to the record. This record has black rainbow-edge labels with T-6063 (XEX-471) and T-6054 (XEX-472) printed on sides 1 and 2, respectively. XEX-471 and XEX-472 have been etched into the vinyl on sides 1 and 2, with the numbers 455 and 456 scratched out. Fine print on the labels read: "MFD. IN CANADA BY CAPITOL RECORDS OF CANADA, LTD. REGISTERED USER COPYRIGHTED." Reverse side of the cardboard album cover has an ad for the Beatlemania and twist and shout albums, T6051 and T6054. The album cover has split along the bottom. On the front cover, there is a small ink scribble and two small stains (see photos). Pick up in Wascana View, SE area of Regina, SK. I no longer use cash, so prefer to receive payment via Interac e-Transfer, however, if you cannot use Interac, I will accept cash.
