$17 · Property Maintenance Technician

Seeking motivated individual for full time work during the summer to provide quality grounds maintenance to a variety of residential and commercial properties. Activities would include (but are not limited to) cutting and trimming lawns, raking leaves, roto-tilling, collecting twigs, small branches, pine cones and other debris from lawns. There could be some landscape activities as well such as laying paving stones, shoveling rock, laying sod, shoveling top soil, planting trees and shrubs. Individual must be physically fit and hold a valid driver's license with a clean abstract. Hourly wage is dependent on past experience, proven skills and abilities.
