MAKE ME AN OFFER! 1973 Executive- Dodge Engine - 26’ long Good condition interior and exterior. GREAT ENGINE. A/C unit is beyond compare - it, alone, is likely worth $2000. Some repairs needed: Two tires - one Front driver-side tire and one (exterior) tire - dual tires on back - that need to replaced: fridge/freezer doesn’t work (I have included a replacement one - see photos); windshield wipers need replacement; rear roof vent had a leak and damaged a small portion of the ceiling which will need repairing; side mirror on driver-side needs reattaching I have never used the tub/shower or toilet but I was told by previous owner that it had been completely redone and all works. Furnace works. Stove works. Never used oven but apparently it works. Hood fan works. Kitchen counter pulls out for more prep space. Sleeps 6-8 depending on size of people/kids. Has 2 drop down bunk beds above king-size bed - see photos. King size bed folds up into two couches on either side of RV. Kitchen table folds down to become another bed. Captains chairs in front. All electrical (lights/plug-ins) work great. All curtains and upholstery in good shape. Has awning attached that can be set up over the front door - I have never used it but it works.
