This is a (Martin?) badminton racquet that I bought, used, from another woman in late 1976 or early '77. I played with it for about a year, but haven't played since early '78, and the racquet has not been used since then. I remember that it was a very nice racquet to play with. The handle is leather-wrapped. It bears the mark "fma" with a green maple leaf on one side, S-1000 STEEL with a gold crown on the opposite side, mod. 8135 on another side and the letter "m" on the end (see the last photo). I have seen the "fma" logo on a tennis racket marked "MARTIN", so think that the one that I have might have been made by Martin, even though that name doesn't appear on mine. Pick up in Wascana View, Regina, SK.
