$100 · Panasonic SC-KC200 Keyboard and Setup

A great complete setup for a young person to start learning piano or keyboard. It also has some nicer features than most cheap intro keyboards, and can take them into their intermediate playing days! The keys are a little yellowed, but it works great. It has full sized, touch sensitive keys (touch is a little lighter than a piano, but still gives you some nice volume range), and covers 5 octaves. Maximum polyphony is 24 keys (can play 24 notes at once without them cutting out). Has a MIDI port (no MIDI cable included).
