I’m looking to rent out the second room in a shared 2 bed 1 bath lower suite available starting June 1st ~$1,000 all included~ Located in the Tillicum Victoria area, you would be sharing this unit with me and my spunky dog melon (sorry no more pets) Close to all needed amenities and a short walk away from main bus routes, the suite is newly updated with a full kitchen, full bath, in suite washer and dryer and outdoor space. The rent is including of hydro, heating & wifi. The suite is completely furnished EXCEPT your room will be unfurnished. About me Born and raised in Victoria, I’m a 23 year old (f) working professional as a dog handler. I’m super easy going and quick to make friends, I look to enjoy spending time with my roommate, having movie nights or cooking pasta… maybe brunch here and there. I love to socialize, but just as much I love to spend a quiet day at home. I’m a big hiker and i also LOVE a good window shopping trip. About melon 🍉 Melon comes from Guadalajara Mexico and has been a Victoria local for almost 3 years. She loves her ball, her rope, her food, snacks, belly rubs, literally any attention possible lol. But she’s also a bit of a nervous nelly. She will take just a little to recognize your face in the home but she’s such a love once warmed up. I prefer to keep the guests in the home at smaller capacity to keep her from feeling overwhelmed. Her and I have worked so hard to get her where she is and I feel lucky to be able to share her life.
