When I walk into this house I enjoy the large bay window in the front room and the large window in the dining room along with a couple more windows in the front room dining room combination that really bring in a lot of natural light. The doors have silver hardware and make for an appealing unified look through the house. The kitchen is very nicely designed to maximize space. You will see the dark cabinetry looks very fresh and is in excellent condition. The checkerboard tiling in the kitchen is also very appealing with its gray brown theme. The same tiling extends into the bathroom where we see the same dark cabinetry looking just great! The bathroom is in mint condition. There is a driveway in the rear of house and a large green space for your convenience and enjoyment. The basement is partially finished as it has been insulated and boarded in. You will also find the laundry appliances nicely installed in the basement $1000 per month includes 4 appliances and tenants are responsible to pay utilities. A minimum one year lease is required.
