$1,400 · COMPLETELY REBUILT 3 BEDROOM HOME FOR RENT/SALE

We are just finishing our completely remodeled home at 1037 Lindsay Street. The home is situated on a large lot with big trees and a good size back yard. The home itself is spectacular inside and out. It was a complete gut and rebuild from the bottom up. The basement floor was chipped out and re-poured. We also dug it down an extra 6" to provide more head room. The basement walls were braced and new 6" thick concrete walls were poured, we then spray foamed the entire basement. All the plumbing in the entire house was replaced, including new drains in the basement floor. We also replaced the 4" sewer main all the way out to the curb stop. A new new water main was replaced to the curb stop at the same time. There is new electrical and lighting throughout the entire house with modern features such as USB plugs in the kitchen and each bedroom. We installed low cost LED pot lights in the kitchen, living room and hallway with contemporary lighting in the rest of the home. The kitchen has beautiful white shaker style cabinets with soft close drawers and Quartz counter tops. We installed modern titanium coloured appliances that include: a double wide fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We built an upstairs laundry with a beautiful barn door covering the laundry space. There are three spacious bedrooms with good size closets. Bedrooms have carpet throughout them and we used durable, modern and stylish vinyl plank flooring throughout the main areas in the home and tile in the bathroom. The basement is currently framed, but not finished and could be easily developed into a two bedroom, one bath suite for extra revenue. The exterior was wrapped with 1" foam insulation and then was covered with a gorgeous Mountain Sage green siding and the windows and doors were accented with white vinyl plank casing and pillars on the corners of the house. All new windows were install up and down. The windows were finished on the inside with 2' faux wood slat window treatments.
