As a full time pita pro, you are not only an expert at prepping the guest's pita, but an expert in engaging with our guests and creating a memorable experience. Duties and Responsibilities: -Contribute to a positive team environment -Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests -Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures -Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items -Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests clearly -Accurately complete all station set up and opening procedures -Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times -Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices -Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of the restaurant at all times -Follow all operational policies and procedures -Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Qualifications & Experience -Previous experience in the food service environment is an asset and preferred Skills & Fit: -Strong interpersonal skills -Ability to work as part of a team -Fluent in English with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions -Ability to learn quickly -Enthusiastic and full of energy The rate of pay will be dependent on previous food service experience and the passion to learn quickly and taking care of the guests.
