Nice, clean room for rent in a house located on the 1900 block of Wallace Street (Broder's Annex). The location is central, the neighbours are friendly, and parking is available. Common spaces are shared with one other person - living room, bathroom, and laundry. There are some kitchen supplies already (pots, pans, knives, plates, cutlery). You are welcome to make use of the yard, deck, and barbeque. (There is usually a very nice garden in the summer. This year we didn't have time to plant, but the garden is still covered in wild lettuce.) The room is presently furnished with a bed, dresser, end table, and clean bedding. The room can also be made available unfurnished, if you prefer. $550/month - room, shared spaces, utilities $20/month - internet (wifi) Renter must be pet friendly, as there are two very well behaved cats, one of whom prefers to be mostly outside.
