I have a W10404050 Genuine OEM Lid Lock Latch Switch. Fits specific washers made by the Whirlpool Corporation under the brand names of Whirlpool, Kenmore, Roper, Estate, Maytag, and others. Part Number W10404050 replaces: 1938607, AP5263307, W10238287, W10404050VP, AH3497627, EA3497627, PS3497627 . I had thought this part along with another part was the problem with my Maytag Bravos washing machine. They weren't . Made no difference so I took them out. Only briefly installed in machine. I decided to not continue with attempting to repair and just buy another machine. However it was a non-returnable part.
