Bright, furnished office space in the heart of downtown Victoria. We are an established office with a small but welcoming staff and now have one office available to rent out. You will have access to shared office equipment such as scanners, copiers, printers (with cost sharing) but you are more than welcome to bring your own equipment as well. The rest of the secure shared office has a clean bathroom and kitchen space including a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. High-Speed Wifi for internet access is included, however you will need to bring your own computer and have your own phone line set up. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Our business is a travel agency, and we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with other travel professionals who may wish to join our agency. Alternately, any other professional or business person (in OR out of the travel industry) is welcome to share our space. We are happy to work with you to ensure this is an appropriate space for your business needs. Terms negotiable. Asking office rent of $1050.00/ month or a commission split with a travel professional.
