Brand new Regency Liberty L234 vented gas fireplace insert. This high-efficiency insert is perfect for smaller airtight spaces and can be installed in a sealed old chimney. It has a remote control and will continue to work during power outages. The insert is available with two style options for the finishing faceplate. Dimensions: width (front) 25" x width (back) 16" x height 17" x depth 14". Installation requires a gas technician and a gas permit. It was never installed. I purchased it after being told the current unit could not be repaired by a previous gas technician. A new gas technician came and inspected and told me it was ok and no need for a new one. Serious offer please!
