I am offering miniature goats from a healthy herd with no CL lesions. ((Please be aware of the health of the animals you purchase. Several goat diseases run rampant in Saskatchewan and some are zoonotic .)) The goats available are unregistered babies of mixed breed dairy goats known as mini nubians. The goats left are smaller, lower nubian content, higher nigerian dwarf. One buckling left of higher nubian content. All other bucks sold. A few does of varying nubian/nigerian content available. Very "colorful". Some have blue eyes. Dappled and moonspotted available. White overlay as well. Photos are examples of currently available goats. If you are serious and intend to purchase stock, you are welcome to farm visit, providing you will adhere to good biosecurity protocols and have been self isolating during COVID-19 concerns. Most are horned but not horn aggressive. I am asking $225 apiece. As of March 26, I have 7 available, of varying ages, etc. I have a few does due soon so bottle babies are a possibility. One mini nubian buck left. All other bucks sold. I will be keeping a small herd of my registered Nigerian Dwarf for my own enjoyment but selling all others. No registered stock available at this time. I am pleased to offer outstanding after sale service and support as I want them to have a good quality of life in their new homes. Goats are a herd animal. You must have more than one for their mental wellbeing. Additionally, as ruminants, they have specific care and feed needs. For those new to goats, I will gladly help you learn how to best care for these sweet and intelligent little critters. Dairy wise, they are excellent mothers and producers (1 to 2 litres a day of high butterfat milk). They are prolific and able to birth 1 to 5 babies twice a year, providing proper feed and care do not deplete the mothers. For those seeking goats milk, this means nearly year-round milk to enjoy. As they are a smaller framed goat, it is best that you pair with a smaller framed buck to prevent birthing issues.
