I make these using home made brown sugar and other high-quality natural ingredients. Your choice of white OR 100% whole wheat flour. The 100% whole wheat recipe uses 30% less sugar than the white cinnamon bun recipe, but they still taste great! I do not use preservatives or chemicals in my baking. Because of this, each tray of cinnamon buns is frozen shortly after baking to maintain freshness. These freeze great! Price is per tray. Each tray includes a minimum of 9 cinnamon buns.
