Estate sale. Hardwood floor resurfacing tool. If you are in the hardwood flooring business, you'll know what this is. This particular tool has helped to restore countless hardwood floors in Regina. These are hard to come by, even new. And new ones cost over $1600 USD / $2200 CAD. If you look closely at the photos, you will note that the left handle is taped up. The repair (bolted for solidity and taped for comfort) is solid and arguably better than the original handle, as the bolts improve grip + control of the unit, which can pull quite a bit. There is also plate welded at the back. I don't know the story, however it seems that the unit took a spill at some point and then got patched up. Despite appearances, the unit is in perfect working order. This tool is ready to tackle jobs, and would be doing so, had my brother not passed. Includes pad driver (not shown in underneath photo) and several screens. Hope that someone puts it back to work and gets great mileage out of it.
