I am looking for someone to possibly take over my remaining 7 month lease in the beautiful Hawkstone area in Regina. This is a 2 bdrm 1 bath open concept living space. It is roughly 685 sq ft with two decent sized bdrms and a huge bathroom. It is south facing that allows for a lot of natural light as well it is pet friend up to two pets. Water and energy included in rent along with one electrified parking stall. You pay power, wi-fi, cable. In suite laundry with updated appliances. The rent is $1724.00 plus $25/pet(fees already paid). Huge park right across the street! Walmart, Co-op gas bar, restaurants, grocery stores all a short walk from this beautiful neighborhood. It's quiet yet lively with children and other families.
